Return Policy for Evening Dresses

1. Short Return Period:

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the dress.

2. Condition of the Product:

• The dress must be unused, unworn, unaltered (e.g., no cutting or tailoring), and returned with all its original accessories, including attached tags.

• Any signs of use, such as odors (perfume, sweat, smoke), stains, or damage, will void the return eligibility.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made dresses.

• Dresses that have been altered at the customer’s request.

• Dresses purchased on discount or during special sales.

4. Return Fees:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Instead of Refund:

• If the return is approved, a gift card equivalent to the dress’s value will be issued for future purchases.

• No cash refunds will be provided.

6. Return Process:

• Return requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

• Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and the store credit or gift card will only be issued after receiving and inspecting the returned dress to ensure it meets all conditions.
